Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add pork and turn to coat. Place the onion in a slow cooker and arrange pork on top. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees. Place pork on serving tray and (optionally) sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 4-6 servings. |
